He knows the market like the back of his hand. He walked into my house and told me what needed to be changed and I trusted him and did it. I sorta liked the leather couch in my bedroom, but he didn't and so it was gone. He's great at staging and he's even better at the deal. But, as soon as he knew my number was done--he let me know and I trusted him because you just do. He's the professional who knows the value and once he has it--you just know that he's right because he's been right every step of the way. Once we had the contract he was there for every anxious step. I texted him while he was away and he texted right back - I'm on it. That should be his slogan - I'm on it. Cause he is most definitely on it. If it took five more calls at ten pm to be on it--he was on it. I can honestly say that I wouldn't have walked away from that house with a good state of mind without him. And I found him here through the words of others, and I got very lucky.
